this is just to say

I fell in love with this poem 

by William Carlos Williams (quite a name right?!)

my first semester at BYU

we read it in my American Literature class

and i knew i wanted it in my kitchen

we just spent the last of the wedding money 

on ink for the printer the other day

which on that subject 

the ink was $55 

and we couldve bought a brand new printer for that much

but thus voila, i give you my poem in my kitchen

let me read that small font for you:

"This Is Just to Say 

I have eaten

the plums

that were in

the icebox

and which

you were probably

saving

for breakfast

Forgive me

they were delicious

so sweet

and so cold"

I just think it is one of the best poems ever 

and makes the best wall hanging for a kitchen

but maybe thats the English teacher in me

haha or maybe i am just weird

'modge' podge

i have had these letters for a while now

it has been my plan the entire time to recover them

so they could look cute on my bookshelf

i think they are okay 

i might re do them again

but it was just the wooden letters i found at the DI/thrift store

and then i put fun paper on them

so bobby and i went michaels and we each picked out a paper for our letter

it was funny because after they were done 

bobby asked why his had flowers on it 

he picked it out

its not my fault he doesnt like to shop and look around haha

so that is why his has flowers

and then when we went to walmart to get supplies

i stated that i needed 'modge podge'

of course bobby is a boy 

and said wtf is 'modge podge'

and then he asked how do you even spell that

and i told him t-h-a-t... jk bad joke

well he brought me to a sad realization that it is 'mod podge'

so now im with bobby and ask 

what is the world does 'mod podge' mean haha
